This is a double pin, you'll receive a hand holding a golden balloon pin, perfect to celebrate at any party! Both these pins have two attachment points to ensure they won't spin around while you wear them! The balloon lapel pin and the hand pin both have a small hole through which I thread a jump ring and a metal chain at the end of the chain hangs a small bell.
