Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that I get to tend to my business on weekends and Mondays. Do contact me if you need something quickly - then I can see if I can help you sooner by request.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Netherlands: €5,- or free shipping on orders over €75 · Standard delivery should generally take 1–3 business days.
- Europe (Belgium, Germany, France, Poland, Spain and Finland): €6.25 or free shipping on orders over €150,- · Standard delivery should generally take 3–6 business days.
- Also Europe (Austria, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Italy and Sweden): €7.75 or free shipping on orders over €175,- · Standard delivery should generally take 3–10 business days.
- More Europe (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): €9,- or free shipping on orders over €200,- · Standard delivery should generaly take 3–10 business days.
Carriers We ship via InTime: mostly using PostNL and Deutsche Post. Fed-Ex is also available if needed. A tracking number is emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties All orders shipped within the EU are free of customs duties. As I'm part of the KOR I do not charge VAT on your orders (Small Business Scheme: https://business.gov.nl/subsidies-and-schemes/small-businesses-scheme/).
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us through the contact form within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We can start an investigation through the shipping company.
